Research Progress: Efficacy and safety of recombinant human interleukin-11 in the treatment of acute leukaemia patients with chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenia

2019年一项分析系统性的评价了重组人白介素治疗急性白血病化疗所致血小板减少症的疗效和安全性，结果显示：可缩短急性白血病患者血小板恢复的时间，减少血小板输注量，降低出血发生率。针对急性白血病化疗所致血小板减少症疗效显著，安全性佳，值得临床推广使用。
